Good location, in urgent need for modernization.

The hotel was ideally located as it had all the amenities for a working trip - shops, shopping, restaurants etc along with easy access to the main travel routes.

The hotel facilities were outdated and the facilities in the room required modernization.

Good prices but need more support.. سعر ممتاز لكن نحتاج اهتمام أكثر

- The price is good for the rooms designe: room, TV hall, small kitchen. - Very good location around the hotel and all services available.

- Needs more attention to some tools like toilet and bath facilities. - There is some smells around the rooms. - I checked out yesterday before 14:00 and tehrer is no one from e the reciption to contact with him for about 15 minutes.

I enjoy my stay regardless those things I didn’t like, I would rather calling them things to improv

I liked the way the room was organized

Most of the available facilities are either not working or broken or in a bad condition. The place for hanging clothes is designed for Shirts, not for Omani clothes (Dishdashah & Abaya) it should be long enough to fit for this

Too hot outside!

Quite. Clean. You have your own kitchen and fridge. Supermarket is very close (you can go for food even at night).

Room was without any Windows (technically there was a window but it was into the another wall).

Wouldn't stay again.

The apartment was spacious.

Chipped cups, a few plates and one spoon were all there was as far as kitchen utensils goes. The bathroom stank of a urine like smell. Staff weren't very friendly. I wouldn't recommend staying unless you had little other options.

Worst experience.

When I booked the hotel, that time the price was showing 11.100 ro then i booked. When i reach there they are asking 15.000 ro. Why?? They said it's a tax. I said tax 4 riyal. They said yes. If u want to book, you have to pay 15.000 riyal otherwise u can cancel.. very very bad hotel. When I asked for a receipt of 15 riyal they said u will get on your application. But I didn't get any receipts in my application. They are thieves.

Very bad experience.

Stay somewhere else.

I did not like anything at this property,

A big group booked to stay at this "hotel" for the spartan race in Oman, The building is an old apartment building converted into a hotel. The rooms are very dirty. The first room I was shown had cockroaches running around everywhere. I then asked for another room. The second room had no cockroaches but still had a dirty smell. The sheets had blood from either a bed bug or mosquito so I had to ask for sheets to be changed,. The bathtub is completely rusted and the shower doesn't work. I reached this hotel very late and couldn't even get a get water in the sink as the heater was not turned on. I checked out the next morning. Please stay elsewhere.

Unhygienic, unclean and unsupportive staff

Location

The site is not safe and secure, rooms are left with unlocked windows, unclean and unhygienic toilets. We had multiple times bad experience. Toilets are fitted with worn out taps Andy showers and unprofessional staffs in the counters. Better to pay 2 OMR extra and find a safer and comfortable hotel. I never expected such a poor quality from OYO hotels. I think there’s no audit done by OYO Representatives

The receptionist helps scissors, infos... Turkish restaurant nearby, serving entire local fishes..

Noisy outside..means..no soundproof windows... The receptionnist said..you have 2 medium bottles of water...no. I ask..ok they will bring...but small..ok nevermind.. What?! Pay the bottles ? But the receptionnist said free... Ok ok So, it was free but...we need to be persistent...lol

Spacious and convenient location Staff were very kind and accommodating

1. Four extra unpaid guests( cockroaches) 2. Toilet seat broken 3. Shower stand broken 4. Kitchen smelt bad 5. No pots and pans 6. Kitchen Exhaust non functional 7. Bedroom AC Makes louder noise than a FAN 8. Renovation work going on throughout hotel 9. No credit card facility

I liked the pigeons in the area.

actually the booking didn't meet our expectations , I know that i didn't book a luxurious hotel , but at least it must be clean and well organized. First, they book for us a room that was under construction and they are still doing painting job in it. Second, all rooms were so smelly and not well cleaned. we actually found crocks on the couches in the living room and everywhere else. third, we stayed for 2 nights they didnt clean it or offer cleaning services . 2 of my friends changed there booking to other hotel after their first night although they were booking to nights . thanks
